Tasting Notes

Rich and green aromas with a sweet and sour touch which awakens interest. A fresh lively mouth entry and a quick passing giving rise to a pleasant vegetal bitterness perfectly balanced with hints of rich candy which provide a firm structure. A versatile cava to be enjoyed at any hour of the day.
