Citric notes in the nose which provide freshness. Hints of quince and orange peel. Evolving aromas from the aging: brioche baked, vanilla from the barrels and hint of toast. Silky and unctuous entrance in the mouth. Creaminess and good balance. Full-bodied on the mouth.
