Tasting Notes

Deep red color reminiscent of blackcurrants with light toasted glints due to the ageing in barrel. Toasted and smoky overtones. Hints of sweet biscuit, blackberry jam and touches of vanilla incense. A modern, elegant bouquet flavor. Inviting and balanced with smooth, pleasant finish in mouth. Predominate flavors of ripe acidic fruits, raspberries, plums, cassis, etc. With a background of sweet tannins. Ideal to be drunk by the glass but its free style makes it the perfect companion to cheeses, meat and even sweet desserts.
