Using the traditional “methode champenoise”, our Brut Reserva has a good release of fine bubbles with yellow and green notes. A fruity nose: apple, peach and tropical fruit hints of pineapple and citrus. Crisp and dry in the mouth with its touch of acidity balanced by a hint of sugar that’s typical of a Brut. A very well structured and balanced cava with a finish that lingers well onto the next sip.
