Pale yellow in color, with hints of green and a good release of a fine mousse. On the nose, a floral elegance of jasmine an narcissus notes. Refined, dry and fresh on the palate, with good acid, tropical and green fruit notes of pear and apple. Original and delicate with its characteristic Pyrenean flower aroma and hint of toast. Well balanced, persistant and complex which will continue to evolve over time.
This unique handcrafted cava comes beautifully presented with it´s signature “Grandalla” tin label and is individually boxed.
