Gaintus Radical is our 100% Sumoll young wine from our vineyard located just over 500 meters (1650 feet) altitude with vertical position of the vines on wooden posts. Selective hand-pick, cold pre-fermentation skin maceration. Extraction by pigeage, delicate vertical pressing and subsequent aging on fine lees.

Powerful nose of red fruit, with floral nuances. Luscious and fresh to the palate, with round tannins, nice acidity and a strong varietal character.
