Bright gold and clean, with fine and persistent bubbles. Clean. Aromas to white fruit, chocolate, aniseed and light toasted. Fresh, full-bodied and dry. Mature fruit, peach, grapefruit and slight bitterness final syrup, typical from xarel·lo. Long, elegant and fine, dense and velvety.
