Opaque ruby. Ripe dark berries, licorice and mocha on the perfumed nose. Plush, round and open-knit, with a peppery note adding lift and bite to sweet blackberry and cassis flavors. The finish shows a bit of heat and closes on a youthfully tannic note, leaving a bitter cherry note behind.
