Luminous aspect, pale golden yellow with green reflections. Thin and slow evolving bubbles with rosary formation and a crown presence. Aromatic notes of long aging like butter and bakery on a background of ripe white fruit. It has a very well integrated carbon dioxide and its passage through the mouth is very broad, long and persistent.
