It has a penetrating and delicate aroma on the nose: tropical fruity notes provided by red Xarel.lo (banana, pineapple), floral notes (orange blossom), citrus notes (grapefruit), and a Mediterranean shrub (fennel) on the background. It has an intense mouth with a fresh lingering finish. Ideal for a glass or pairing it with fish dishes, rice, oriental fusion cuisine, cheese, etc.
