Molí Perellada Wineries is a new cellar of the original El Xamfrà Cellar. Nowadays El Xamfrà is one of the group brands that Molí Parellada has: Mercat, Clos La Soleya, El Xamfrà and the same Molí Parellada.

El Xamfrà was founded in 1987 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Barcelona. It was a little cellar in the center of the village.

Owed to the success of his cavas and wines, El Xamfrà built a new winery in the suburbs of the village. This cellar is equipped with the last technological advances and with the aim of working with the most demanding quality criteria but without forgetting the traditional values of the cava.
