Agustí Torelló Mata cavas come from the best Penedès vines worked with organic viticulture. They are made with respect to the local grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, and are in harmony with the terrain, the soil, climate, the process and tradition, therefore they are unique in the world. We only produce Reservas and Gran Reservas and all of them are vinified at the estate.
