Tasting Notes

Color: light yellow with greenish notes.

Nose: Intense in the glass, with mineral overtones and toasty aromas mixed with some flintiness. After some aeration, it reveals white-fleshed fruit with some citrus and tropical notes. After some time, the wine clearly displays herby aromas (rosemary and lavender) and white-fleshed fruit jam.

Palate: After a powerful entrance, the wine lingers on and on. It displays soft and refreshing citrus fruit and on the whole is complex and well structured.
