COLOUR: Pale yellow with straw hints. Some grey tones.
AROMA: Intense, with hints of toast. Fresh fruit aromas of pear and apple. Later aromas of candied fruit, nuts and spices appear.
PALATE: Powerful and unctuous powerful at the beginning, very long in the mouth entry with some notes of dry fruits. With a very good complexity and structure.
